If you are wishing to become a stallholder for our 2025 Christmas Market, please read the following vendor information and Terms & Conditions before completing the application form below.
PROCESS FOR BECOMING A STALLHOLDER:

Submit a Stallholder Application Form

Please wait for us to process your application and respond. Please be aware that we do our best to ensure we do not have multiple stalls of the same type of product and therefore submitting an application does not guarantee you a place at the market

Once you have been contacted and your position has been confirmed, please email us a copy of your Public Liability Certificate

Your Stall fee payment must be received within 21 days of acceptance. Placement is NOT complete until payment has been made.

Once all stalls are finalised an event floor plan and your stall location will be forwarded to you

VENDOR INFORMATION
We are SUPER excited to bring this Mega Indoor Christmas Market to the people of the Illawarra and surrounds. We have an amazing day planned including a Santa visit, free Santa photos using our beautiful backdrop, free craft activities for the kids and the Wollongong Choir singing Christmas carols; all while visitors shop the best selection of stalls, in our local state of the art facility- it doesn't get much better than that!

Once you have completed your Stallholder Application (see below), forwarded your Stallholder Public Liability Insurance, and made your Stall Fee, your stall space will be secured. Stalls will NOT be confirmed until full payment and insurance certificate is received. Payments must be made within 21 days of your application.

You will be allocated a stall number and a floor plan will be sent to you closer to the market date so you can see exactly where your stall is located. All spaces will be marked. Room is limited so please keep to your allocated area.

Each Stallholder will be responsible for their allocated area. Please keep it clean and tidy. No rubbish is to be left behind.

We have approximately 135 stallholders attending so please be patient at bump in and out times.

We have staggered bump in times to try to alleviate some pressure during this busy time. 3m x 3m stalls arrive 7am, 2m x 2m stalls arrive 8am.

There is plenty of parking available, once you have unloaded your vehicle please park in the very bottom car park to allow visitors close parking and convenience.

The market is all indoors, therefore no gazebos are allowed or required. Please only bring tables, chairs and stands for display purposes.

To help ensure the market is a huge success it would be greatly appreciated if every Stallholder attending could share this event on their socials. The more people we reach, the bigger the event will be.

The market finishes at 3pm. Please do not pack up any earlier unless instructed to do so.
STALLHOLDER'S TERMS & CONDITIONS

Every Stallholder MUST provide a Public Liability Insurance Certificate to the minimum value of $10 Million.

All food vendors MUST also provide their current food safety certificate.

Please consider the comfort and safety of others while attending this market. All persons attending do so at their own risk.

Please follow any requests or instructions provided to you by Council Staff and/or market organisers.

The market organisers reserve the right to cancel or amend your booking if required.

Smoking and pets are NOT permitted with the facility (Shellharbour City Stadium).

All tables and chairs must have stoppers on the legs to prevent scratching the wooden floors. We must look after the stadium together.
